Contacted Morinelli for an estimate and Joe was quick to come out and explained everything. The house look AMAZING. I had let it go and there was a decent amount of mildew everywhere. We just had the roof done and needed the power washing to finish the cleanup. Wow. Very impressed. Joe walked us through everything and the end result is more than expected.

I have had my home power washed here in Exton, PA for over 46 years. I found Joe Morinelli about ten years ago. He does the most thorough, professional power washing of my home and deck furniture better than anyone I have ever used. My home is surrounded by mature Oak, Maple and Douglas fir trees that throw off a lot of pollen and create an annual green mildew and pollen mess! Joe uses his own water that includes a moss and mildew retardant additive. Not only does it save me on my water bill but the additive wash he uses protects my home for at least two years! I highly recommend that you forget using the college kids and Gypsy power washers and have your home power washed by a pro! Bob Miller, Exton, PA

Five stars definitely for Morinelli Powerwashing! We had an unplanned immediate need to power wash my mom’s house. I called several places about getting the work done. Joe responded within the hour and after discussing the job, Joe gave us an estimate ( the best of three ) and also completed the work the very same day. It just doesn’t get any better than that. Joe did an excellent job, and was 100 percent courteous and professional! I very highly recommend Morinelli Powerwashing!!

Joe was professional and very responsive! He was able to come out the same day to view the project and was able to schedule me within a few days of me contacting him. He did a wonderful job power washing the entire house, deck and porch. He completed the project within a couple of hours and we did walk through before he left. Wow! We have lived in our home for over 20 years and siding and deck were a mess. My deck and siding look new now. Joe responded to my initial inquiry very promptly. I needed to have the power washing done quickly for a party this coming weekend. I reached out on Tuesday and the service was completed on Wednesday. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Morinelli Power Washing.

I used to power wash the sidings myself for our two story building. We decided to let the professional a try and we weren't disappointed. Joe explained the entire process and the chemical he uses to get rid of the mold and mildew. His quote was reasonable and his quality of service exceeded our expectation. First, the power washing service Joe Morinelli provided was of the highest quality combined with his knowledge and experience of the products and processes rate the very best.We acquired a property at 42 Conifer Circle, Honey Brook, PA that had been neglected and not maintained for years. Years of dirt and mold buildup on the vinyl siding were prominent. Morinelli Power Washing was one of three companies recommended. Left a voicemail for them and the location of the property for an estimate.Joe Morinelli visited the property promptly and provided a reasonable estimate. After a brief conversation Joe's affable personality and professional acumen became evident. Because we needed Joe's power wash services immediately, Joe rearranged his schedule to meet the requirement. The first day we had several artisans working on the property and power washing would have endangered them. Joe returned the following day and completed the job above my satisfaction.Morinelli is my choice for future jobs on our properties and I highly recommend his company without reservation.
